Refund Policy
We aim to make subscription terms clear before payment.
Cancellation
You can cancel through the billing portal at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals and access continues until the end of the paid billing period unless the checkout terms say otherwise.
Refund requests
Subscription charges are generally non-refundable after access is provided, except where required by law or where a specific money-back offer was shown at checkout. Duplicate or unauthorized charges will be investigated.
How to request help
Send the account email, charge date, and reason to support@quantkick.ai. Do not send full card details. We will review the request under the checkout terms and applicable consumer law.
